The Stewards Progress Promise
If your child attends at least 90% of sessions and completes at least 80% of homework for eight weeks, and the re-assessment shows no measurable improvement, we change the tutor, revise the plan and give the next four weeks free. The Promise does not guarantee specific exam grades.

Every Stewards tutor holds or is completing a degree in their subject, passes a subject test with a pass mark of 80%, teaches a demonstration lesson, and completes background checks and child protection training before meeting a family.

Keeping your child safe

- An adult must be at home for in-person lessons, in a common area with doors open.
- Online lesson links go to parents, never privately to children.

Which subjects do you teach?
Almost every subject, from Primary to SHS, IGCSE, A-Level and SAT, because we have tutors for each subject. If you do not see your subject listed, call or WhatsApp us and we will match a tutor.
How is my child's tutor chosen?
After the diagnostic test we match by subject, level, curriculum, schedule and personality. If the fit is not right, we arrange a different tutor at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
Monthly in advance, by Mobile Money or a payment link. We never ask you to pay into a tutor's personal account.
What if we need to reschedule?
Give at least 24 hours' notice and we reschedule at no cost. If a tutor misses a lesson, you get a make-up lesson within 48 hours or a full credit.
What does my child need for online lessons?
A laptop, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection, headphones if possible, and a quiet space. We help set up Zoom or Google Meet before the first lesson.
What if I am not satisfied?
Tell us. We acknowledge every complaint within two hours, investigate within 24 hours and propose a resolution within 48 hours.
Teach with Stewards
We work with reliable, qualified tutors across Greater Accra and online. Tutors are paid for every hour delivered, by Mobile Money, by the 10th of the following month.
